Welcome to Desert Haven Care Center

We are an 88-bed Long Term Care and behavioral nursing care center that has been serving the valley for over 45 years. We provide quality and compassionate care 24 hours a day.

Our professionals provide an environment where our residents are comfortable, clean, and safe. Our residents enjoy their lives, regardless of physical limitations. Our services are joyfully provided with warmth, enthusiasm, integrity and dignity. 

Our Activities Department provides a diverse program to meet the needs and interests of our residents.

Our residents with behavioral nursing needs are supported and counseled through our Social Services Department and the Bayless Behavioral Healthcare Group. 

All Residents and their family members are encouraged to participate in the planning of care and the setting of goals, helping to personalize each patient care plan carried out by our multi-disciplined team of professionals. This collaboration enhances the quality of life for all residents at Desert Haven Care Center.
